		<description>Hello there Nola &amp; Pete, as it were.  And it were...I was there.  Thanks for the thumbs-up -- means a lot to get a wink from fellow Keepers of the Faith. 

I can see my streetcar from my studio window -- too funny!  I just walked my dogs past it and they started wagging their tails like crazy assuming this somehow meant we were going to be seeing Bethanie, who helped paint it.  Cute, right?
